At Verdantconer, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive your order in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return policy below before proceeding with a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags and labels attached.

Returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags, or any accompanying materials.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@verdantconer.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return label to send the item(s) to the following address:

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
Order Cancellations
