Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Cancellation Process

Send an email to support@verdantconer.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, we will provide a return label to send the item(s) back. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product(s).
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Once the refund is issued, the amount may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.
Order Changes

Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to the order.

If changes are required, please contact our customer service team to cancel the order and place a new one.
Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Discount Codes

If you cancel an order placed with a discount or promotion code, the code will not be reusable for future purchases.
